Bomix® mortar mix is a ready-to-use mixture of masonry cement and fine sand. It can be used indoors or outdoors to bond masonry elements such as bricks, concrete blocks and fieldstone. bomix® mortar can be coloured with our Easy-match colouring system to produce a wide variety of shades to match the mortar joint to the brick used. When applied as directed, Bomix® mortar mix meets the CSA A179 standard for Type N mortar.

Application
Refer to the technical data sheet of the manufacturer of the element to be installed, to check the specifications for brick installation.
Setting time
The mortar should be applied within 1 hour of mixing at ambient temperatures of 25°C (77°F) and above, and within 2 hours at temperatures below 25°C (77°F).
