LIMITED WARRANTY NOTICE: Daubois Products Inc. headquartered at Five Concourse Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30328, warrants its products to be of merchantable quality when used or applied in accordance with the directions on their packaging. The products are not warranted to be suitable for any purpose or use other than their intended purpose as described on their packaging. Liability under this warranty, if found to be defective, IS LIMITED to replacement of the product (as purchased), or, at the option of Les Produits Daubois Inc. a refund of the purchase price. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and is non-transferable. In the event of a claim under this warranty, notice must be given to Les Produits Daubois Inc. by sending a letter to its head office at the following address: Les Produits Daubois Inc. c/o Warranties, Five Concourse Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30328. THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN AND ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
